The host was so friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. He helped me with my laundry and even walked me to the nearest ATM. The cat was very nice and comical, he loved the water tap! The apartment was exceptionally clean and it was in a very quite location, but also was not far from the main parts of the city! Easy to get to by public transport from the train station as well. I loved it and would recommend this place to anybody!

Very good location, the hotel is actually is in the city center. Our hosts were very helpful and nice. The mattresses were very comfortable we could rest properly.

It was very clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and helpfull. There was also a coffee machine, watercooker, fridge and microwave inside:-)

The location was perfect, 1 minute from a bus that takes you to lugano center or ten minutes from the train station. Giuvana the host was SO nice and helpful. She explained us everything about averything. And even when we went for a day trip to Milan she gave us her umbrella just in case. I really recommend this place if you are planning to be around lugano because the price is fair, the room is big and the location is perfect.
