I could tell he was genuinely caring person for all travellers. - very clean, cozy bedding -good size room - free coffee and snacks in the morning (almost as good as full breakfast for some hotel) - good value

We stayed for only one night, but it was a quiet and peaceful one. The place - quite simple - was near the airport (my choice) and away from the city. The host (Angelo) was very attentive and helpful and always willing to make an extra effort. He even drove us downtown for a late dinner. Pick-up at the airport worked out perfectly. The hosts are wonderful, as is their hostel! Very nice people indeed. I felt like visiting my grandmother when I was a child. And her rhubarb jam was delicious! The best quality you can get for this money. I wish I could have stayed more time, especially that Punta Arenas happened to be a lovely city. If I go this way again I will definitely spend several days there. Don't make my mistake!)

The hostal is amazing and very comfy. Well located, approximately a 5min walk to the city center - uber and taxi are available 24/7. Breakfast was good and if necessary they can pack you some food for you to take with during the tours. The staff is very good, specially Erica and José that were very polite and helpful. The bedroom is really good, very clean. The shower is good and hot, beds are large and comfy. My only recommendation would be to turn off the central heat system, otherwise bedrooms become a bit hot. You can request the staff to turn it off without problems. I recommend it and hope to go back another time.
