Hostal Newen hard everything one could need and a few nice surprises on top. However, what made it exceptional were Olaya and Lenin who were the kindest and most welcoming hosts.

Their breakfast is delicious. A lot of details which really make the difference. My bedroom was downstairs, under/beside the wood stairs and a little noisy with upstairs guests in the evenings/nights I spent there. Everything is very tidy. The location is one block away from the Costanera and the Mapuche Feria and Ruka. The managers/owners are kind and professional. I loved my stay!

The wonderful garden and the view on the lake , both from our bed room, were just amazing! Also during breakfast you look into the garden and on the lake …. Beautiful, relaxing, and calm…🌞🥰🤩 The rooms are sooo cozy. You feel like home . The tub is marvellous under the trees, and Chantel also prepared some lovely snacks for us, after the hiking tour to the vulcano. We received a marvellous breakfast, scrambled eggs and fresh fruits and berries, muffins de la casa, so lovely presented. Chantel is such a friendly host and she also prepared wonderful lunch bags, so that we could hike at 5am to the vulcano and she gave the right recommendations for going out to town for our sons. Thank you Chantel, for such an amazing stay, we will keep in our minds. 😘 And…. We loved your dogs !!

Very warm and friendly hosts. We really appreciated the hospitality. Breakfast was good and the location was close to Villarrica but very tranquil. We were the only guests. Room was serviceable, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.
