Perfect location. In old town, just tucked away from the hustle-bustle. Super value for money. Very attentive staff. Pleasant rooms. Nice hot showers. Even has a washing machine and dryer for free usage.

The room was cozy and warm, relatively clean. All the basic facilities were there. Xixi, the owner, made us a tasty breakfast with coffee. She was also very helpful, recommending us places to go around Lijiang, and helped us with the transportation to the airport.

A 10 star rating is an understatement for the hospitality and warmth we received. The location is beautiful, a stunning terrace with an overview of the old town, lots of plants and pretty flowers. We got a room upgrade for free and the room was spacious, well equipped (best equipped room in fact we had in China). You can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail was put into the design of this accomodation. The location is very central yet quiet at night. The highlight of it all was the lovely, generous and genuine owner. She took time to recommend us great restaurants and vegetarian dishes. Checked in on us regularly to make sure we are having a great time. And when I was sick she even brought food and medicine. It felt like home and being taken care of by family. I have never experienced such a hospitality and am very grateful. I highly, highly recommend this place when you're visiting Yunnan. The owner has travelled all over the world and has lots of interesting stories and insights to share, definitely recommend you to have a chat with her over tea.

Excellent boarding choice in Bai shao. The room is cozy and comfortable with a nice court yard. The hosts are friendly. However, it's regrettable that the host wouldn't serve breakfast any more. Otherwise, having breakfast in the court yard would be a nice experience.

Great location, short distance from the old town entrance. Nice room and with great view from our balcony. We had a very pleasant stay. Great hospitality from the owners. Fang Jie, the lady owner, was very helpful and attentive. Do ask her for tour and food recommendations, you will not be disappointed.

We booked this hostel the night before doing tiger leaping gorge. Tom was so so helpful. He informed us in advance that we needed a covid test (saved us having to delay by a day), and gave us the location of a hospital. He booked us the bus to tiger leaping gorge, walked us down to it, and communicated with the driver to drop our big bags at Tina’s. At points along the hiking route we weren’t sure which direction to go, so I sent a picture to Tom and he told me the correct direction!

The nicest place I have been in China. The family is just adorable. You will feel like home. If you want to meet Chinese locals that is THE place to go. They will be happy to help, answer your questions and do their best to provide you with your needs. They speak perfect English. The room is huge and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, shower hot, and the location can't be better. Downtown, no cars around, but shops/ cafe/food at a walking distance. Don't miss it!

The lady working there is super friendly. The location is good, walking distance to the old town. I have no complaints, everything was very comfortable especially for the price.
