Best!!!! Staff, they are so kind. One of them can speak English, but other staff are try to communicate with translator. They have the tea room on the first floor and we can stay there, talk to them and other guests. It is so homey, like stay at home with my friend and family, we spend the night on the table tea haha. Other best thing is park ticket reservation. The staff has reservation service with no extra charge. So they will booking every ticket for you. And you don't have to do anything, just get yourself there. They will plan everything for you with the proper schedule for that season.

The Tujia folk houses accommodation was fantastic! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Our host was amazing - we were picked up from the railway station on arrival and dropped off when we left. Our host also provided lots of helpful information about Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Park. She dropped us off at the ticket office for Tianmen Mountain and she arranged a taxi to take us to the national park. The pool at the hotel was great for cooling off after a long day out! The view from the pool was beautiful! Overall, great accommodation. And there are two great places to eat nearby!

Owners were friendly and took great care of us. Enquired if we needed transport from the airport which made it more convenient. Owners also recommended great places to eat and places to visit which made the trip alot smoother and more enjoyable. The place was kept clean and basic necessities were provided. The bed was very comfortable with heating pads to ensure that you are kept warm during cold weather too. Would strongly recommend :)

La Rebecca i l'Stone ens han regalat una estada molt agradable. Junt amb l'Anthony i el Jimmy, malgrat el mal temps, ens van fer viure una experiència inolvidable. Vam poder conèixer el National Park en una agradable caminada i a la nit ens van ensenyar la seva cultura i la seva gastronomia. Si aneu a Zhangjiejie no dubteu en probar la deliciosa barbacoa i dormir al seu hotel, la Rebecca us despertarà amb un gran esmorzar. Són una gent excepcionalment generosa.
