Great location, 5 minute walk to city centre. Fantastic staff, extremely helpful and gentle. The overall atmosphere was very laid back. Superclean !! This hostel was by far the cleanest we had in 3 months travelling South America. There is a nice hot shower and our room had a good, firm matrass. All in all great value for money and highly recommended. If you’re into Heavy Metal, there’s a great Metal Bar a bit further down the street 😀🤘!

This was a great hostel with an amazing staff. The hot water works here! I enjoyed exploring the town and going to the nearby termales in the nearby National Park. The staff were amazing showing me a nearby overlook for sunset. Breakfast was amazing and healthy. Coffee is great too! I would certainly plan to stay here in the future when visiting.

We arrived to Popayan by bus and the taxi had no problem finding it. We had a nice warm welcome. It is a short walk to the historic centre and to a hike to the 3 crosses. There was no washer in the apartment as stated, but our hosts kindly did our laundry for us. The shower was nice with hot water. The large TV had streaming capabilities.

She helped us out with all our questions on the city and bus transport, and even gave us some extra fruit for the bus trip. Great location - the hotel is 2 minutes walking to the central bus terminal, so ideal for arrival/departure from/to Cali, Armenia and further on. 10 minutes walking to city center, and with supermarket next door.
