Hostel was extremely accommodating to my misfortune and cancelling my original booking. Allowed me to reschedule the next day. Staff are generally cheerful & helpful. Can be noisy, but is quiet by 10.30pm so I was content.

We arrived to Popayan by bus and the taxi had no problem finding it. We had a nice warm welcome. It is a short walk to the historic centre and to a hike to the 3 crosses. There was no washer in the apartment as stated, but our hosts kindly did our laundry for us. The shower was nice with hot water. The large TV had streaming capabilities.

Great location - the hotel is 2 minutes walking to the central bus terminal, so ideal for arrival/departure from/to Cali, Armenia and further on. 10 minutes walking to city center, and with supermarket next door.
