I was very tired when I arrived and since the hostel wasn't very busy they upgraded my room for my best comfort. I didn't even ask them, but they were so kind to offer me a bigger, quieter room at no extra costs. The next day my onward travel turned out to be more complicated than expected using public transport, but the owner was so nice to take me to a better bus stop in another town. Very helpful indeed. Wilma will help you with everything, just ask her, she knows english like her sons and you can talk about fauna and flora. She help you book a tours and tell you about area, she is care-on. Her husband is very helpful man. The area is wonderful, you live in the middle of the jungle with animals, they have an extensive ecological infrastructure and beautiful tents.
