Nice location on a quiet safe street across from the post office. Very comfortable for 2 people with a nice large bathroom. Central to everything and a nice easy check-in and check-out. The food at Techas Place was also great and we ate there for dinner and breakfast. The wifi worked very well and the shower was nice and hot. This apartment was a great value with a warm welcome and they were also able to arrange an early breakfast for us and taxi so that we could make our morning flight. Obrigado para todo!

Rom, bad, stue og kjøkken var rent og har alle fasiliteter man trenger. Der kan man trekke seg tilbake og ta en pause før man går ut igjen. Drikke noe kaldt, lage seg en kopp kaffe i kaffetrakteren eller lage mat. Stedet har god beliggenhet med gangavstand til det meste. Vertinnen ser til at gjestene føler seg trygge. Og er behjelpelig med å bestille transport, gi informasjon osv. Hun er halvt portugisisk og halvt kreolsk, og bor i oppgangen inntil. Både hun og datteren kan snakke en del engelsk.

Very friendly, friendly and responsive staff,quiet apartment, perfect location, in the city centre but still very quiet. Big room, air-conditioning working perfectly. Very clean and tasteful decoration.I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Praia.Great location on the Plateau, right next to the pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. and bus stop, NR:8 and 6 to beach!I loved my stay there. I will back for sure!
