Everything except its location which is great in terms of accessibility to shops and bus stops but our room which is located on ground floor facing a T junction joining the main road, thus quite noisy at night and in the morning! Yet, if you are using the ear pluck, no issue at all or just avoid taking this room (it was however good for me as I had heavy luggage). The room was really clean and the kitchenette coffee and tea, and water were restored! Friendly staff over phone and very prompt response as well.

Its in a quiet neighbourhood only a few minutes walk to the nearest tram, and there are also supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. Will come back :)
