Checking in was done via a phone call for a key safe so never met any staff but the lady on the phone was pleasant. The room itself was wow. I wasn't expecting a full apartment but that's what it was and it was great. Plenty of space and comfy beds. Good amenities inside with kettle, coffee percolator and microwave.
