Clean basic room with comfortable beds, excellent quiet a/c and a good shower. No hangers but there was a coat rack. Shared kitchen area had plenty of pans and dishes, a large fridge, cooker and microwave and bottled water. Pool is large and heated with a nice shaded area beside it. Location is excellent, a couple of blocks from the main street and far enough away from town to avoid the noise, although one of the nearby places had a party on the Friday night. Still it wasn't very close by.

The accommodations were fantastic. Two swimming pools.. a bar with a fantastic staff, pool table, ping pong table, and personage who were easy to talk to and very friendly.. any kind of problems were met immediately by a very friendly bilingual manager named David.. within walking distance to montanita Beach, pet friendly, great Hollywood theme associated with the place, and just all around good service and good ambiance.. very pleased with my experience
