Very nice and cozy property right by the beach, so any room you chose you sleep with the sound of the ocean. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, the vibe is nice and very relaxing. It’s 10 min walk from the village center, that makes it just perfect, cause you stay away from the loud clubs and bars. Perfect for the money. I will be back!

Clean basic room with comfortable beds, excellent quiet a/c and a good shower. No hangers but there was a coat rack. Shared kitchen area had plenty of pans and dishes, a large fridge, cooker and microwave and bottled water. Pool is large and heated with a nice shaded area beside it. Location is excellent, a couple of blocks from the main street and far enough away from town to avoid the noise, although one of the nearby places had a party on the Friday night. Still it wasn't very close by.

Comfortable bed, it was clean (even though there was a lot of old stains on sheets and towels, it was clean haha), location was good, just a 5-7 min walk downtown and to the beach, super quiet. There was a kitchen (or 3) that we could use to make breakfast or anything. Shower was amazing, hot water and super strong pressure, first time in Montañita I had this good shower (not even in super pricy hotels they have this good of a shower). Even though the place needs ALOT of renovation it was good for the money we paid. And if u looking for something cheap but Comfortable this place is it. Staff was super fun and helpful.
