We arrived at night really hungry on a day that almost no restaurants were open and she organised us a delivery for dinner and it arrived in less than 15minutes. She was also telling us very interesting stories about the Chimborazo and Riobamba. The beds were comfortable and the twin bedroom was spacious. The shower was amazing. The breakfast was prepared by her and it was one of the best breakfasts I ever had at a hostel. Really delicious and complete!

Shower has hot water which is nice! The common area is very nice for chilling out and meeting people and the hostel in general is very quiet so it's a great place to relax before or after a hike. Fantastic host who was so helpful with local knowledge and places of interest and suggestions for food and drink. Further to this is a beautiful man who we had great conversations with and made us feel so welcome. Can make good coffees and cook also. Breakfasts were amazing. The hotel itself is an amazing building with brilliant decorations and additions. Love it, love it, love it. Go there

David and Vanessa were super helpful with recommendations of where to go, typical places to eat, and how to get there. The hostel is quirky, and most of all, spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend staying at Villa Bonita!

The owners are wonderful and very friendly and very quick to help with the main sites to see and advice about where to eat. Breakfast was wonderful as well. The owner went out of his way to help with an item that I left behind, going above and beyond what I would have expected from a small independent hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and was served family style in the dining room. We were able to meet the other guests and share our travel stories. The location was also close to the centre of town, but was quiet.
