Besides the perfect central location, the spacious room, with great beds, a water cooker with some teas, fresh water in glass bottles (!), luxury bathroom with nice toiletries, we really loved the attentive and friendly staff!!! They even provided gluten free bread for breakfast! And what a breakfast!!! Delicious!! We hope to come back soon.

This was a clean and comfortable stay. Our host was very friendly and helpful. There were interesting neighborhoods to explore nearby. The train station is conveniently located across the street. We were very satisfied with the accommodations.

I really enjoyed the property, I was especially impressed when I was feeling ill from travelling how accommodating the staff were. In addition I may have had a flight delay and I was given comfort to come back to the hotel and figure out my next steps in the worst case. As a girl travelling alone, it meant I was safe. Casa Filomena is just perfect, beautiful, charm, extreme clean , the host is one of the best I ever met , friendly, helpful , she has a great place. The neighbor is very cozy, and is 25 min aprox from plaza cataluyna , and two blocks from the property is the train. Highly , highly recommend it!

Location was ideal for exploring Barcelona. Lots of shops and dining options nearby. Really enjoyed the coffee machine (1/2 euro per cup), complimentary cakes and water provided. Host was very nice and helped us when needed.
