Excellent Hotel, very welcoming on arrival, lovely young lady greeted us. Room was so clean and fresh. Everything about this hotel was amazing. Location, cleanliness, and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Bilbao

excellent place, clean & modern, quiet, good aircon, have a safe & nespresso machine, windows double glazed so no noise from plaza cafes, staff helpful--you are supposed to enter with a code for front door, lift, upper door & room, but they agreed to meet me there to show me how. No sign to indicate there is a pension there, just look for address & try your code -but it is next door to Restaurant Toma y Doka. Great location 5 min walk from Abando or Concordia train stations. The hotel is pretty well situated since you're in the city center and you're able to get to Bilbao Abando Station by walking in about 10-15 mins. The Hotel was always clean and the staff friendly.

Fabulous location - on the corner of Plaza Barría in the old town. Comfortable large bed. Modern bathroom. Elevator. Able to drop luggage nearby from midday. Keyless access.
