Delightful old world stairs and rooms and a charming hostess. Parking is on-site, in a courtyard though narrowish gates. Madame de Carco is charming and helpful and so sweet to our young and annoying children. Breakfast was lovely in her dining room. Excellent value for money and the perfect stop on your way from Calais to the alps.

Our host was delightful, welcoming and even remembered my preference for a large cup of coffee to accompany the very good breakfast provided. The location is quiet and you wouldn't know you were in the centre of an interesting and small town.

The wood floors, curving staircase, tall doors and so much more make the Auberge a charming place to stay. It is a quintessentially French building. It is in the centre of a lovely town, yet it is quiet as well. The room was spacious and everything worked well, to have a kettle to make a cup f tea was a bonus. The breakfast was good, the local honey was lovely. The host was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much we will return to the Auberge Capucins.NigelYoung couple
