The welcome: hosts Sophie and Gary treated us and our large dog like valued guests in their home. The setting: a wonderful gated old manor farmhouse with large grounds and private balcony entrance to our room, not far from the motorway. The food: outstanding cuisine at dinner by Sophie, which bettered the Michelin rated restaurant we’d eaten at the night before. Homemade pâté to die for. Generous cooked to order fresh breakfast. The feeling: a true French experience presented in a beautiful location, by urbane hosts who chat easily in English and also value your privacy. Excellent bed and breakfast: everything was very clean and new. The owner was very friendly. They also serve dinner, very convenient since there are not many restaurants nearby. We stayed here 1 night on our way back to Holland from La Plagne. Close to the motorway, but situated in the countryside among the grapevines.
