We were lucky to find this place after driving from the UK for 12 hours. It's a freshly renovated Manor House with tastefully decorated rooms. Really enjoyed each decor detail in the living room, kitchen and the bedroom. Respect to the owner who did it all by herself. Considering inviting her to do my own house haha. Easy check-in after midnight. Great breakfast. Lovely host. Will be definitely staying again if we drive to France.

Overall great place to stay. Beautiful gardens, charming rooms, delicious food. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. And Athos and Melody are wonderful dogs. Our golden retriever Charlee fell in love with Athos :-)

We were staying one night en route back from Provence, it was ideally situated for this. Having stayed in the Village on the way down we were worried about evening food options and bought food en route. The take away pizza ordered by another couple smelt delicious we rather wish we had chosen that option! Lots of literature re local places of interest. Fresh flowers in the room and tea/coffee facilities an unexpected bonus.

We are hikers on the Via Francigena and it was a delight to stay in a place which was historic, charming and and innovative at the same time. We very much enjoyed our stay. Its not the cheapest but exceptionally good value for money. As an extra we were offered a free tour of the adjoining mill which was fascinating. The food was excellent.JoeYoung couple

We arrived with one of our kids feeling unwell, and Jean-Pierre and Veronique were very helpful and welcoming. The room had more than enough space for our family of four, and was very quiet. We loved the homemade breakfast and chatting with our hosts and the other guests. Overall, a very warm and relaxing experience with wonderful hosts - exactly how a B&B should be.
