Amazing rooms, super comfortable beds, lots of pillows, very clean room and bathroom with more than enough towels, even make-up remover towels which is great and rarely an option. The whole place is mega cozy and makes you feel like home. Great choices for breakfast and tasty food. Since I’m a very picky person, usually it’s very hard for me to find accommodation, but Mark and Susie did an amazing job with the place and I highly recommend you booking this place if you’re ever in Aviemore.

Staff are great and the location is perfect. The breakfast was fantastic and they were happy to turn the leftovers into a sandwich for me rather than waste food.

Typical small room you find in a pub. It was clean. Was a good stay because the staff are excellent and the breakfast was very nice.

Contrary to other reviews which I'm sure were posted on the wrong Boathouse, the Boat House Guesthouse, remember Guesthouse, would definitely get my return business. Harry was a delightful host and his breakfast made to order, could not be surpassed. Friendly, clean and helpful.
