Mark (host) is brilliant and was very accommodating with my booking. 10 min walk to train station Rock Ferry taking you straight into town. Room was lovely and the bed was lush to the point I didn't want to get out of it. Keys can be locked in a key safe by the door which is handy on a night out. Lots of on street parking. Lovely place to stay and I'll be back

I was made most welcome on arrival. My room was spacious and clean with a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate plus cake. The room rate was very reasonable and was excellent value for money. There was a restaurant nearby and for a longer walk there was a selection of restaurants on the main road. The location was ideal for the ferry. I would definitely stay here again.

easy access; well arranged facility . very clean. sound proof from the Main Street noises during the weekend so I could sleep well :-)

Amazing value, the room was very clean and comfortable and the lounge had a great kitchen. It was minimalist but it had everything we needed and the location was perfect for a couple days exploring Liverpool on foot

No complaints whatsoever, owner was lovely and helpful. Location is perfect very close to the Mersey, it was absolutely spotless and definitely worth the money. Would 100% come back.

One of the best stays in our memory. John is a great person and a great host. The accommodation was spotless, large, clean and very comfortable. The noise outside is bad but other 'long term' residents decide to make your life misery by arguing all hrs. Showering after 11, knocking on the door, rattling handle, heating on full blast. Only real benefit a washing machine. Communication was ok with landlord.
