Mark (host) is brilliant and was very accommodating with my booking. 10 min walk to train station Rock Ferry taking you straight into town. Room was lovely and the bed was lush to the point I didn't want to get out of it. Keys can be locked in a key safe by the door which is handy on a night out. Lots of on street parking. Lovely place to stay and I'll be back

I was made most welcome on arrival. My room was spacious and clean with a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate plus cake. The room rate was very reasonable and was excellent value for money. There was a restaurant nearby and for a longer walk there was a selection of restaurants on the main road. The location was ideal for the ferry. I would definitely stay here again.

Philip was very accommodating, and the hospitality was amazing. It's so quiet super clean a lot of shops, and restaurants around the bus station was nearby. They were very responsible when you ask for something.

Amazing value, the room was very clean and comfortable and the lounge had a great kitchen. It was minimalist but it had everything we needed and the location was perfect for a couple days exploring Liverpool on foot

This is a very good equipped, very clean and comfortable unit in Wallasey. I felt myself safe and calm, because the apartement is in a quiet Street near the Mersey River. The bed was comfortable, I slept so good! There're kitchenwares and toiletries, clear towels and bedlinen. I can't try the hot tub and the giant TV, 'cause I'd no time, but other costumers loved theese extras. The host was nice but I haven't got to ask him anything, 'cause I'd got everything for a perfect stay. The public transport to Liverpool and Chester is very good. I enjoyed the long walks by the Mersey on the promenade to New Brighton. I loved everything there!

The location was perfect for everyone who needs peaceful environment (like myself), and traveling to all attractions in Liverpool is easy by bus anyway. Most importantly, the host (John) was very kind and nice to me as he have useful suggestions and assist me on every request though we haven't met in person which is amazing!!

The noise outside is bad but other 'long term' residents decide to make your life misery by arguing all hrs. Showering after 11, knocking on the door, rattling handle, heating on full blast. Only real benefit a washing machine. Communication was ok with landlord.
