The owner was more than helping and friendly. We were personally welcomed and after asking we were given beautiful recommendations for special shops and cafes. Amazing staff - you really feel welcomed by them! They coordinated the time to deliver the keys with me so it was a very smooth process. At my final day I had to leave before the start time for breakfast and they went out of their way to wake up early and prepare breakfast for me - it was such a lovely gesture, I think I've never seen someone do this for me in a hotel! Oh and I cannot recommend enough the breakfast, absolutely amazing!!!
