I really liked the design of the rooms, everything was clean. We had everything we needed. Water, coffee and tea and delicious cookies. The bathroom was really modern with a rainshower. Ian and his wife were really nice. The breakfast was perfect as well, we had a buffet, but we could also choose toast or porridge etc.

Just one night at this B&B before an early morning flight. Excellent accommodation, the owners have really put themselves out to ensure you have a delightful stay here. I will spend the night here again when flying from Bristol airport in the future. Highly recommended. If you have time, visit the village (with a delightful pub and garden) and the valley.

A beautiful quick stop over stay at Open Acres before an early morning flight. I wish we could have stayed longer, the setting was beautiful, the room was lovely and clean. We spent one night in a unique place, our room was comfortable and tidy, all the forniture was new and fine, but the plus are all the animals from the retreat running around the garden and make you feel part of the family. Even a private patio to relax on during warmer weather (it was a heatwave when I was there and this made all the difference). The living area is comfortable and spacious, likewise the kitchen, which is fully kitted out. The bedroom was nicely made up and the bed comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided in the ensuite. Communication was clear and easy and I found the parking space very useful, as parking is very restricted in the area. It's in a lovely neighbourhood and I had a pleasant walk each morning to the course I was doing. Nearby is a Waitrose and lots of other shops, eateries etc. I could have stayed longer!
