The location was magical! We came to see the beauty of Yorkshire, and we were not disappointed! We walked along the river to the next town, then came back for an excellent dinner at The Red Lion Inn (suggested by our host). Perfect!

This is a truly magical place. The setting is paradise. You sense the history of this 16th century pub while also appreciating the attention to details and refurbishments that are happening. The food is some of the best you’ll have. The staff exceptional. I can’t speak highly enough of this place.
