We loved Cavell House - the hospitality, the room, the food. Camilla (the super friendly lady running the place) was amazing and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The room was very cozy and the food was amazing. If we visit Inverness again, Cavell House will be our definite choice as a the place to stay. Thank you!

It exceeded my expectation. Despite being a small guest house, it offers everything that you are waiting for. There is a nice atmosphere, it’s cute. The room was very clean and tyde, a little small (but I already knew). The breakfast was served the way I preferred (continental or scotish), it was simple, objective and delicious. The staff is very friendly, the guy helped me to park. Ahh, I almost forgot to mention the perfect location. And everything for an affordable price.

Room was spacious with a comfortable bed and seating area. Very clean and well appointed room. Kenny the host made us feel very welcome and gave us a great dinner recommendation. Easy 5 min walk across the footbridge into town. Breakfast was exceptional. Good parking at the back of property accessed from the side street (very easy). Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to family and friends. Thanks for a great stay, Kenny!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is home-cooked and delicious. The house is located just a 15 mins away walk from the centre. The best part of the entire experience was Laura. She's the most helpful, gracious and friendly host anyone could ever hope for. If I'm ever back in Inverness, I'll definitely want to stay at Eastdene Guest House again.

The host is extremelly kind and he also upgrated our room. There was a lot of free snacks and also a free whiskey in the room. Breakfast was amazing! Property is near city centre (few minutes walk) and offer free street parking.
