Everything was excellent! The place is so beautiful and comfortable! People were adorable to us all the time, very helpful. The room is gorgeous, so unique! I loved it! People with low mobility must notice there are stairs to get to the rooms (not a problem to us). We also had no problem with the parking space and there was food available in the pub. Definitely would come back!

The owner (Ric) was very kind and helpful. Beautiful house, lovely rooms, very clean, felt safe, and instructions were very easy to follow. Mimi (the cat) is very gentle and sweet. She only has access to the kitchen and outside, unless you let her in to the rest of the house. Naturally, we loved her so we let her roam freely through the house (when there were no other guests around) and she even spent one of the nights with us! Honestly such a great stay and would so easily recommend and go back. For breakfast, you're a 3 minute walk from Proof Social Bakehouse (pricey but AMAZING pastries, check opening times on google maps), and 5 minutes to the bus stop to go to Abingdon or Oxford (about 15mins to get to either). The owner and the staff were great. They were friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was well laid out and quite varied in what was offered. Cereal, sliced meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit and toast. The guest house was within an easy walk to city center, the bus and train station as well as the Thames Path for walking.

Super clean everywhere, spacious common area and fully equipped kitchen(which was not mentioned in the ad but was a pleasant surprise). There's also a table in the garden,must be really nice to use it during summer.
