The staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem. The location is fantastic, Plymouth Hoe is a couple of hundred yards away and city centre within 3 mins walking distance. The rooms are a good size with everything you need. The breakfast menu is great and cooked to perfection. Free parking is great in a very busy city

Beautifully presented room. Tea making equipment was spotless as was the bedroom and bathroom. Quiet location but still within walking distance of everything you need to visit. Easy entry system and great contact on first arrival. If I ever need accommodation in Plymouth again I'll try and book here. Great stay from Paul and Finley.
