Theres places to eat and drink and amusements for the kids. Saltburn is an easy flat 5mile stroll away. The street was quiet and easy to find a parking soace and the hosts were really friend. I'd definitely recommend.

Breakfast was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble! Defo be back! Thank you so much also fantastic location and quiet! First place I’ve stoped where the curtains and blinds have kept the light out on a morning too x

It had recently been refurbished and it was like a boutique hotel. Would definitely stay again. Also great to have access to a fridge where we could put a few bits. Very quiet so got a good nights sleep. Also has its own free parking which was great as for the street parking around the seafront you need a permit. Great stay overall

The area is very quiet but only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, town centre shops and pubs etc. A nice comfy double bed meant that I had a very sound night's sleep. Street parking is plentiful and free, you are provided with a resident permit which is really helpful. Finally Steve and Anne are fantastic hosts who made me feel very welcome- thanks to you both.
