Just a couple mins walk around from the hotel. Host Cindy was awesome at helping us out and making our stay great. Be ideal if you could get some groceries on the way, ask to stop at the Spar and make use of the kitchen facilities as not much nearby except restaurant SKIO which is delicious but expensive, some in-house options also available and we enjoyed a big breakfast each day.

The washing machine is a bonus. It is a 10min walk to the gondola as well as the supermarket. The location is quiet at the moment (as opposed to most other apartmentbuildings in New Gudauri), but this might change in the future as there is a space for a restaurant downstairs. The host was very helpful to arrange bedding and linen at the start of our stay.
