Very nice views from the room, I could see the city & Bagrati Cathedral from the windows and also see the river from small balcony. Well-equipped & very convenient location. There is a washing machine & dryer (shared). The host was very friendly, welcoming and showed me the way to the nearest money exchange & gave me tips on where to find good local food.

My family really love here. Owner can’t speak English well but her hospitality is very impressive. We checked in so late but she waited and showed us the 3rd floor hi-light place. BF was really good & delicious. N very nice decoration.

THE BEST SHOWER IN GEORGIA! Beautiful interier, very tasteful. Good wifi. Comfortable beds, nice view to river. Close to center, few min walk, quite neighbourhood.

This is beautiful little spot up the hill from the central square and the fountain. It's a bit of a hike but really is just 5-6 minutes from the square, where there are lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. Pikria (the owner) is very friendly and helpful. She speaks English well and was very flexible and responsive before and during my stay. The rooms themselves are great with solid wifi and private bathrooms. There is also a shared garden just outside the room and a kitchen for tea, etc. Also, there are a couple of markets just up the street if you need to grab a snack/drink.

Excellent location and fantastic crew! We had to wake up at 3am (for the flight) and stood up with us at that time to make us a litte breakfast. Best stay ever.
