The couple running Guest House Babaka are lovely people. They were warm and made us feel welcome. Although we didn't have any languages in common, it was nothing that couldn't be solved with the help of Google Translate. After reading reviews about the food, we did ask for dinner. Dinner was an incredible spread of food with delicious homemade wine. All the food was delicious. The terrace was a comfortable place to hang out and there were two adorable dogs who liked to come by. The location was great. It's about a 5 minute walk to the center, which we knew. It's uphill going to town, but totally doable if you enjoy walking. Super quiet. We slept great. There really wasn't anything we didn't like. It was exactly what I was looking for, which was a simple homestay rather than a hotel. To that end, it feels like you're staying in an extension of someone's home, although the space we stayed in is very much separate from the house and pretty private. It's perfect if you're going in with those expectations, which we were. :)

This is the most liked hotel in Georgia that we have visited. When we came to the hotel the owner Russo provided us khacapuri with Turkish coffee as compliment. When we came to our room, we were glad to see big and clean room with really huge bathroom where there were new and style furniture. The breakfast which was included in the cost of the room was very delicious and was not same day from day. For example we eat tasty scrambled eggs with various salads first day, and we had khacapuri with various salads second day. All time when we were in hotel, Russo tried to help us and recommend any service to reach our destination We really enjoyed staying in this hotel and we are grateful to Russo for exceptional service. If you want to be as at home, I recommend to stay in 4 rooms. We will definitely to come back to this hotel again.

Spent the last few days of my trip to Georgia in Signaghi to relax and take in the views and wines, and this was the perfect base for it. Nice, clean, spacious room close to the bus stop, and everything in Sighnaghi is walking distance. Gio was the perfect host, attentive, entertaining and always ready to answer your questions, help you organize transport and give tips on what to do. Would stay again!

The host and her entire family was very warm and friendly. Our stay felt more like being at home. They did everything to make us comfortable and we had all the freedom to use the kitchen and facilities. They even offered us homemade wine and fruits for free. Such a lovely family.
