My wife, friend, and I were completely satisfied with our stay at this guest house in Tbilisi. The location was perfect: quiet and cozy, just a few minutes from the metro. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable, kind, and responsive. The room looked new, was very clean, with a comfortable bed and in great condition.

Very friendly and hospitable owners Shako and Beka! Helped to buy a transport card and a phone card, helpful with any question.Here it feels like home to dear people :) Breakfast is delicious! Not a standard hotel table, but handmade and very tasty! The room is very comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the garden. There is a transport stop near the house. In the evening a beautiful view of the illuminated city.Thanks to Beka and Shako as well as both super loved dogs and the cat :)

I had a great check-in service with no waiting time, a very clean room & bathroom, comfortable beds and amazing service by the property managers (they are always there if anything is needed). I can recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in Tbilisi and would definitely come back
