The best place I have ever visit. You can relax there perfectly, Sea and Mountain View's are combined. The sunset is miracle. Very comfortable beds, the room has everything you need. Very hospitable host Salome, she is always ready for help! Delicious breakfast, also you can order lunch and dinner. Highly recommended!

Our room was very clean, we could use the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Nice view from the terrace. A supermarket is withing 5 minutes walking distance. To the beach you'll walk around 40 minutes (but uphill on the way back!).

The beach is 5 mins walk from the house, petra beach is 30 mins walk, so is Kobuleti. Bolt can drive you there for a reasonable price. It's a good idea to bring some food with you. The hosts were very nice, didn't speak English, but we communicated via google translate. All in all, good value for the money if u don't mind having a shared kitchen and bathroom.

Located in the middle of nowhere but still it's just 5-7 min by shuttle bus to Kobuleti to pick up some food. Also Otari (owner) picked us up in Kobuleti on the first day and gave us a ride when we left. Highly recommended

The guesthouse has all the facilities needed, the beds are comfortable, there's a common kitchen where you can cook and a nice terrace with a great view. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. There is a small grocery store nearby. 20-30 min walk to the beach through beautiful nature. Very easily reachable by public transport from Batumi and Kobuleti, I definitely recommend for a quiet stay outside towns.
