This the best Guest House I’ve ever seen and been. The Host (Bagrat) and his hospitality is absolutely amazing. Nice people, beautiful place and you’ll get an amazing view. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. 12/10

The host is a really welcoming and helpful person, also owns a restaurant near the Central Park I think is called Magnolia. Not far from the place just when you exit the main road, there is a small shop on the right side, they have amazingly good pastries, cakes etc, and the prices are really cheap.

The outdoor area was stunning! A beautiful lake and a luscious garden where you could relax in the evening after a long day with a calm and quiet environment with very friendly pets. However, the real gem of this country house is the hostess Uliana, who is extremely friendly and welcoming and makes a wonderful breakfast.

It is super peaceful and quiet, the room was very big and clean and the hosts were super friendly. Uliana and her family made sure we were comfortable and we felt welcomed. She prepared us some nice dinner and breakfast. They also gave us some tips on places to visit around. Definitely recommend this guesthouse.
