When in Artimida this is the place to stay. It was like a little apartment and perfect for two people. There was even a balcony overlooking the lovely backyard. It was comfortable, clean, spacious and very private. The little treats left by the host were terrific and added a nice touch to arriving. The beach, grocery store and tavernas are only a short 8 minute walk away. This was our 7th trip to Greece and second to Artimida. We will stay here without hesitation the next time.

The hosts were amazing! Moved our luggage in when we went to drop off our rental car, coffee/tea/water/pop & snacks in the suite. There were fresh bagels delivered in the morning and the host drove us to the airport for a fraction of what a cab would have cost!

Great location, close to the beach and the airport. We were only staying at Villa Avatos for a very short time because we were getting up for a very early flight, but Vasilis was a great host and very accommodating when we had to make last-minute changes to our arrival time because of trouble with our rental car. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a large minibar selection.
