The owner was super nice. We booked 1 room for 2 nights (for 4 people) and he offered us 2 separate room with a huge terrace with a view at the lake. For a really good price. It was amazing to watch beautiful sunrise from there. We would stay even longer but because of our plans, we needed to leave. Otherwise, there was no problem to spend even more nights there.

There is also a restaurant that is part of the hotel, although we didn't eat there, but it's a convenient option to have nearby. She organized a driver for our early Volcano Atitlan hike, and helped us get a cheaper price. Also, gave us good information; how the taxi scooters do not work outside the town. Lastly, my girlfriend left her iPhone in our room at checkout, and once I received wifi again on the other side of the lake, Alicia had kindly tried calling me and messaged me notifying that she had her phone.
