It was excellent. We decided to take this room literary the day before; it turned out that we had a great day in Labin and a perfect night of sleep. Nensi (the host) was very kind and helpful. The room (Fontik) is not big but comfortable enough; the mattress is firm as we like (not too much). The bathroom is awesome. Warmly recommend.
