Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

The room was a nice size with a balcony. Nicely provisioned with coffee, drinks and toiletries.Fantastic location in the city. Able to walk every where. Marie our host was very informative and helpful when checking is in. Only thing to note is Zadar is a lively city at night and you can hear music outside. New windows helped with noise and did not bother us much. Most music ends around midnight. I would highly recommend this place.

We were warm welcomed by Irena and her family. The apartment is very clean and spacious, especially orthopaedic bed with fine sheets. We enjoyed a quiet coffee mornings at the balcony. The apartment is in a really good location with a good connection with public transport and a few minutes' walk to the nearest beach which is also beautiful and with all the facilities you need. When checked in, Irena showed us a map of Zadar and gave us instructions and recommendations for various restaurants nearby as well as boat excursions. Irena also organised the transfer for our boat excursion and to the airport on our last day. Overall, we have really enjoyed our stay with Cosy Villa and more than satisfied with hosting by Irena It was a nice little break and exactly what we needed. Cannot recommend more! Thank you Irena:)
