A wonderful guest house with an excellent location. It is very close to the airport as well as a large shopping street with many small shops for clothes, souvenirs, restaurants and massage studios. Kuta beach is also nearby. The hotel is very clean - daily cleaning. The owners are very welcoming and smiling. We rented a motorbike from them, also at a great price. I recommend as you get a lot more for the price.
