This is the best B&B we have ever stayed in, We had a Junior Suite, magnificent. The hosts James & Mary, are lovely friendly people. The breakfast was 5 star. With a comprehensive menu. We stayed for 3 nights. It is in a lovely location opposite Ballybunion golf course.

Overlooking the sea , the beach is just a two minute walk. Located on Sandhill Road,which is a continuation of the Main Street in Ballybunion,close to all restaurants,shops,pubs and amenities. Ballybunion Golf Club is a three minute drive.

The hotel is charming and comfortable. Great location; very close to hikes, ocean views and the golf course. we slept very well. Breakfast was good and filling. Our host was very nice and welcoming. She even let me borrow an outlet adapter when I needed it.

We had a decent sized bedroom with a sea-view so we had lovely views of the ocean, beach and the little ruined castle. Mary the host is lovely and welcoming, and very accommodating. When I asked if we could leave in our luggage on arrival, she went an extra step and had the room ready at a much earlier than usual check-in time. Abbie was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, and we had a lovely, quiet and relaxing stay.
