I really enjoyed staying here. Very nice accommodation. No more extra prices. Beautiful amenities recieved on my budget. Our receptionist Mr.Esakki Anna is really friendly and behaved like a family relative. I experienced like a home. A good comfortable home stay at my budget which I never expected. Food is really awesome at right price. I wish I could visit here again for my business meetings with my clients. A great hospitality.

Excellent location - just few steps off the pearl beach. The villa was very clean and well designed. The kids enjoyed their evening in the pool. The host was very accommodating and their hospitality was much appreciated. The terrace room was creatively designed and it was very helpful in throwing a surprise party for my sister. The villa has excellent view and witnessing the sunrise was pure bliss. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and we are looking forward to stay again.

Perfect location, superb hospitability, very tasty room service food, value for money can't be more than this. We were supposed to check in by around 10pm, but our flight got delayed. However, the reception office waited for us till 11.30pm and kept our food warm and ready to eat. What a perfect host, really awesome.

We had such a warm welcome from our hosts, and they helped with everything we needed with open hearts. They were some of the most hospitable, lovely people we have met when staying in any accommodation in our travels through South East Asia. The service is top notch, breakfast served daily to the room with a choice of South Indian or Continental food, plus coffee or tea. They did laundry for us once during our stay for a fair price, and the room was kept tidy and clean. Bonus was the hosts helping to book a taxi, as we do not have an Indian bank account, and letting us use their phone number when we needed to buy a tourist sim card (a bit difficult to do for foreigners). Our room had enough furniture to store all our things, and was big and comfortable with good air con and a ceiling fan. When requested, a kettle was provided so we could have tea in our room whenever we wanted. There is a water filling urn in the hall so fresh drinking water is always in supply. The location is good, as you can walk to the beach in about half an hour or take a short drive in a three-wheeler. There is an ATM right across the street, pharmacy is near by, and there are restaurants within walking distance. Overall recommended and would stay again!

It is a new property and very clean. I was surprised to see a kitchen attached to my room which was a good thing. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this property, especially to people visiting for visa appointments. There is a good market around it so lots of options for eat outs and printing documents et.c

Quiet, peaceful place nearby the sea. Very charming and friendly owner. Sleeping on the tiger bed was the best sleep we had in India. Both nights we overslept our alarm and had a good 11hour rest.
