When I booked my stay here, I expected it to be like any other hotel, but I was taken by surprise. The hospitality provided by this hotel was more than I had expected. The rooms are very clean and the view is amazing. We can see the entire Kanchenjunga range from the hotel. This is a family-owned business so guests are taken extra care of. Lots of complimentary tea and snacks are provided by the owners who personally make sure your stay is super comfortable and better than expected. They respond to you very quickly and make sure everything is up to the mark. Such a high level of care and service for such a low price cannot be found anywhere else. This is the best property to stay at while traveling to Darjeeling.

Very nice to stay with good Kanchanjungha view from the balcony. The ower of the house is very helpful and kind. Even during late night they managed to bring medicine and provide necessary items needed for urgency. I recommend this for nice homestay in Darjeeling. I rate 9/10.

Absolutely lovely stay I couldn’t recommend enough. 1) you have a small separate apartment 2) it’s pretty quiet away from the main roads 3) the family were so lovely, welcoming and accommodating, 4) they had a Tibeten new year whilst I was staying (I believe) and we all ate together and sang karaoke. 5) I socialised with them a lot which was very nice as I have been travelling solo for a long time. 6) if you get a clear morning you have amazing views of the Himalayas Thank you for your hospitality- I look forward to coming back one day soon.

1- Rooms was amazing, I was surprised there was two room for three members, one another room was very fantastic because this was two floor bedroom with wooden stair, my small 4 year child was very happy with this type of room. 2- The outside of room view was fantastic, there is a very beautiful balcony with very well maintained sitting arrangement, where I can see beautiful mountains with enjoy Darjeeling tea. 3- Home made food was fantastic on special request. 4- The owner and his family behaviour very good and supportive, they was help me to arrange cab facilities for two days sightseeing in Darjeeling. 5- The location where we stay was very good area, because it very near to Darjeeling station which is almost 0.5 km walking distance to enjoy joy ride ( Heritage train).

The room was as it's on pictures. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is the only USP of this place. Bad Food,room service, no daily cleaning in room and lack of basic amenities like hangers for clothes. The staff and owner are very polite though and did their best but they can really improve on food since the stay is far from main market. This is not your regular hotel and you need to compromise on some things.
