They expertly handled transportation and provided the best options for exploring the surroundings. They also provided valuable tips and recommendations regarding local attractions and activities, which enhanced my overall experience. We had a very good stay at Raku. We stayed for a week and had a good experience throughout. The location is pretty good - a 10 min walk from the main market and close to the good eating places & cafes in the town. The surrounding area is peaceful (even though everything in Leh seems to be under construction :-). The views from the guest house (and the rooms) are simply amazing - you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance, the tall green poplar trees, and their apple & vegetable garden. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We all had good sleep throughout. The food we had was homely and consistently good. Their cook came only in the last couple of days we were there but served delicious, hot, and fresh food. We also did some work here and the WiFi internet was pretty well most of the time. The best part of our stay was the excellent service provided by Sonam, his parents, and the crew. Right from the booking to check in to the stay and checkout, everything was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an excellent value for money.

I really enjoyed the stay. Padma (I believe is the owner) was really attentive and regularly checked on me if I was doing alright which was really nice. There is proper hot water available for shower too. It it not centralised, so just turn on the switch and let the tank hear up the water. The room was really spacious and the bed was comfortable. Had a really good sleep. I think no compromises were made in terms of comfort of stay for the guests. Some of the power sockets kinda have international adapter built into it. So, I could charge my devices without needing an adapter. I appreciate that extra touch in the room design. Food was also good, with big portion. There is like a shared balcony area with nice view too.

During my stay at Naazh Guest House in Leh, I was thoroughly impressed with both the excellent location and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The location is very close to the Leh Main market, just a 5 minutes walk. And, the staff helped us with booking both my room and taxi to various other destinations across Ladakh like Nubra, Pangong etc. Their knowledge and helpfulness in arranging taxis to explore the region made my trip truly memorable. I highly recommend Naazh guest House for its convenient location and the outstanding hospitality provided by its staff.
