Liked everything, the building is beautiful, the view is amazing, the room is spacious, the breakfast is really good and various, the place even has amazon prime and netflix which is a big plus when the weather is not compliant (happens more than we would like), had to go through the worst storm to get to this place, but happy we did so.

We forget something and received a phone call 5 minutes after checkout with information where we could pick up the lost things. very friendly workpeople. we can't complain about anything. This was the best stay of our entire Iceland trip. We had booked the private washroom rooms and those are just across the main reception area. Fantastic room with super scenic views of the surrounding. We got to see northern lights at this location. Dinner provided by the hotel was super tasty. Staff was also very friendly.
