The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Furniture in perfect condition. Decor elements create home comfort and there is no feeling that you are away from home. The hosts are responsive, caring, respond immediately to messages. The apartment have everything you need and even more. We didn't need anything. Everything was at hand from kitchen utensils to air conditioning, ironing supplies. Towels are white, in all required sizes. Bed linen is fresh. The bathroom is large and bright. There is a shower and a small bath. The apartment has a lot of wardrobes, chests of drawers, hangers. In general, there is more than enough storage space. Two large balconies: one to the courtyard overlooking the magnificent Italian pine trees, the other to the city clock tower and a piece of the sea) Our almost two-week stay in sunny, blooming Anzio was amazing thanks to the caring owners of these beautiful apartments! Thank you so much for the warmth and incredibly tasty gift on our departure! On the road, we remembered you with gratitude and warmth!

This was hands down the best hotel my boyfriend and I have stayed at in Italy over the past few months! The staff was so accommodating and absolutely sweet and amazing. The room was so nice and in a perfect location, and the breakfast was delicious.

Lovely place to go back to. The owner and staff were very attentive and friendly, the location was very nice and central, and the room very clean and beautifully designed. Also, I loved the Grotta di Nerone beach, which is easy to reach by foot.

Minden reggel finom, frissen készített ételeket kaptunk. Kérésünkre külön tej és gluténmentes reggelit is felszolgáltak. Rita, aki fogadott minket és készítette az ételt nekünk nagyon kedves, barátságos , vendégszerető volt. A nyelvi hiányosságokat kiküszöbölve jókat beszélgettünk vele , a búcsúzás nagyon meghatóra sikerült. A gépkocsit zárt udvaron tudtuk elhelyezni, a reggeliző teraszról látni lehetett a tengert. Számunkra nagyon pozitív volt a szálláshely természet közelisége.

Great location. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious and clean as a pin. No dirty carpet like other hotels I've stayed at, rather it was tile. In fact the bathroom was done in marble tile! The view of the beach and the Tyrrhenian sea from the balcony was stunning. The staff was great. They were there to clean the room first thing each morning after you left your room. Security was also very good. The outside door was always locked and you had a key to come and go.
