Our family had a fantastic stay in 2 rooms at Podere Cacchini. We were met by Lucia as we arrived and she was present to check in on us each morning to serve breakfast (if desired) and make sure all was well. We tried our best with Italian and filled in with her capable translation app for fluid communication. The accomodations were lovely, clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the common spaces - the kitchen had all we needed, the inner living room was comfortable and the outside patio was delightful for breakfast and afternoon breezes and watching the sunset. The property is gorgeous, just outside of Pienza and easy access to many other towns and sights. The views are beautiful in 360 degrees. We enjoyed both the full (dolce with added bread, meat, cheese and jam) and dolce (yogurt, coffee/tea and cakes) breakfasts that Lucia offers for an additional fee at your request. She effortlessly provided a tasty spread at your requested time and even added a delicious large tomato from the garden one morning. Towards the end of our time we brought in our own meats/cheeses/bread and snacks for lunch and evening chartcuterie - I wish we had thought to do more of this sooner to relax and enjoy our time in Tuscany and the lovely space at Podere Cacchini. We highly recommend a stay here for a true Tuscan vacation!

Great location, 1 minute away from city center, free parking spot, a large open space kitchen, everything was super clean, a cozy atmosphere and the host was amazing. She was super polite and provided us with a lot of information.

The b&b was fantastic. The team of Donatello and Roberta was excellent. Though we have had good stays since arriving in Italy, I loved this place. Breakfast was yummy - for the first time we got some cereals and milk and yoghurt. Cakes was delicious and more than plenty! The room was air conditioned which was so needed in the July heat. They allowed us to leave our bags for 2 hours more which was so useful as threat saved us two trips in the heat to the car as we still Needed to see Pienza in the morning. Plus brilliant location. It is beautiful - the grounds and the room. We had everything we needed. The room was quiet and spacious. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Great location and very friendly staff. The property is not big but very well designed. Nice mattress and pillows. We had a small balcony to see part of the valley, which gave it a special touch.

A wonderful place to stay in beautiful Tuscany. All the beauties are within walking distance. Shop, café, laundry service are also close by. The hostess is very welcoming, although we didn't see her. Helped us to get from another town as we didn't catch the last bus. The hotel is in the centre of the town. The room is clean and there is a coffee machine. We were very happy with it. I hope to return to wonderful Tuscany one day!
