Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, very spacious, queen size bed with quality mattress, a/c, mosquito nets, modern double glazed windows, common kitchen with esspresso machine, complementary water and snacks, very attentive and polite host. Very convenient location, right opposite the train station with very easy access to the airport. Only flaw is that it can get a bit noisy in the morning after 7:30-8:00 if you like to sleep late. Totally recommended.
