The location is perfect, quiet and nearby the center, the departure of ferry boat and bus stop - only few minutes by walk. The bedroom has been renovated and very large. The host is so nice and helpful !

Everything we cannot fault it. Lovey villa, large comfortable modern room, breakfast and the staff are so friendly and helpful with recommendations of places to visit, eat & drink which were close by. We wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely visit again.

The host, Federico gave us a lot of suggestions on where to go to eat or what attractions we could do in the area. The room was situated in a very quiet area. It is laying very centrally. We would definitely book again here when we are in the area. Absolutely great place to stay with a great host.

Lovely home from home, great location to explore StMdL on the doorstep. Very comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities, good sized TV, lovely balcony. Great communication with owner, easy to find, 7 mins from train station. Really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend.

The owners are lovely people that gave us great guidance on restaurants to eat. The location is outstanding. 10 minutes from the train, 5 minutes from the bus to Portofino, lots of restaurants and mini markets around, quiet street, and a lovely mini garden to have breakfast.
