Extraordinary friendly, English-speaking staff. Picked us up at the station when we arrived although our bus was quite late and drove us there again when we left. Everything was clean, the direct view on Mt. Fuji was stunning. I'm not a musician, but seeing all the messages from bands that stayed there was cool to see and I feel like it's a great stay for bands.

Yoshi san is the most warm-hearted host I’ve ever seen, he would introduce each area of the house in detail ,and the house is even more beautiful than you can imagine!!! Wonderful breakfast in the morning and a touching live show in the night…it’s amazing!! Thank u yoshi, this is the best stay ever.

The owner is very helpful and friendly, he tried his very best to help us with anything we need in the house. Not to forget his immense hospitality ever since we checked in. Good view to see the Mount Fuji too directly from the room. Definitely a plus.

The property is also fantastic. About 1km walk from the bus stop. The views of Mt Fuji from the hotel driveway were amazing. The hotel is also about a 5 min walk to the red line tour bus route which is great. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet and the onsen was lovely.

The structure is very nice with big rooms and a very cool common area. The staff is a 10/10. The guy was working there was so polite and nice with me. At the last day he also offered me to give me a ride to the station late in the night to take my bus! (They offer a cheap bike rental service too!)

I recommend you plan in advance regarding dinner as it's a pretty quiet place and a lot of restaurants close early. I loved my hotel room as it had traditional tatami flooring and I also had a great view of the lake. Staff very friendly and helpful, I hope to stay again.BanksSolo traveler
